Daniel Millen is a Senior 3D Artist and CG Generalist specializing in Film/TV and Advertising within the VFX industry. With expertise in 3D environment creation, character development, and crafting highly detailed products for marketing and branding, Daniel excels across all stages of CGI post-production, from concept development to final renders. Focused on optimizing efficiency and ensuring seamless production processes, Daniel brings a high level of dedication to every project. Beyond professional work, Daniel is passionate about creative storytelling and world-building, currently developing a Sci-Fi 3D Animated Series titled Starsailor, a personal project that showcases his commitment to innovation in animation and narrative.

Charles Lawson is a highly experienced Compositing Supervisor and VFX expert with over 15 years in the industry, known for his mastery of 2D and 3D compositing across feature films, television, commercials, and documentaries. Renowned for seamlessly blending digital effects into live-action footage, he excels in on-set VFX supervision, pre-visualization, and content creation, ensuring projects align perfectly with creative visions. With a master’s in Animation and over a decade of experience in the VFX industry, he has collaborated with some of the greatest artists in the field, gathering invaluable insights along the way. For Justin, animation is more than just a craft—it’s a gateway to creating detailed worlds as immense and boundless as the imagination. He’s dedicated to connecting talented artists across the U.S. while delivering exceptional work that brings his clients' visions to life. Rob Cohen

Rob Cohen brings over a decade of diverse experience in production coordination and management to his role as Head of Production at Good VFX. A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Film and Media Studies, Rob has honed his expertise through various roles in the industry, including positions at renowned companies like Luma Pictures, The Mill, and Be Natural LLC. Rob’s career highlights include managing complex workflows, coordinating large-scale post-production projects, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, producers, and artists. His extensive background encompasses VFX production coordination, IO management, and post-production scheduling, with a proven ability to deliver under high-pressure deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality. With a strong commitment to efficiency and teamwork, Rob has played a pivotal role in facilitating the success of numerous high-profile projects in film, television, and advertising. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration and adaptability, making him an invaluable asset to both creative teams and clients. Kurt Smith

Kurt Smith serves as the Technical Director at Good VFX, ensuring the seamless operation of the studio’s software and hardware pipelines. With a career spanning over a decade, Kurt has established himself as the go-to expert for solving complex artistic and technical challenges, bringing creativity and precision to every project. Kurt’s extensive experience includes roles as a 3D Generalist, Senior Character Artist, and Rigging Artist at renowned studios like FuseFX, Sony, and Encore VFX. His skill set encompasses everything from character rigging and digital sculpting to 3D modeling and pipeline optimization. Proficient in industry-leading tools such as Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, Blender, and Substance Painter, Kurt combines technical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver innovative solutions. With a background in teaching and a foundation from the DAVE School, Kurt is passionate about both learning and sharing knowledge. His collaborative approach and dedication to problem-solving make him an invaluable resource for artists and teams at Good VFX.
